Jupiter are providers in the Electrical, Mechanical, Water hygiene and HVAC services, this policy sets out how we meet our legal and regulatory requirements in regards to the data we collect about you. The privacy Notice explains what data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and how we protect it.

What information we hold on you

The information we hold is necessary for you to complete any sales orders/ service contract / quotations/ invoices with you. These include;

  • Business Email Addresses
  • Business Address and Site Address
  • Business Telephone Number (both landlines and mobile telephone numbers)
  • Business VAT and company registration number
  • Bank Details (only if required)
  • Site plant/ equipment (Mechanical and Electrical and HVCA services)
  • Site access code and passes (only if required)

How will we use this information?

Jupiter Facilities Management Ltd will use this information to enable us to deliver our service to you. For example, we will need to share you delivery / site address to a sub-contractor or haulage company to enable them to meet with your instruction. We will not sell your information to third parties and will not transfer this outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).

Information Sharing

Jupiter will only share the data listed above in the following circumstances

  • Where criminal activity is suspected, we may share this information with law enforcement agencies upon their request. This excludes private investigators, we will not disclose Personal Data in this instance

Jupiter Facilities Management Ltd take the security of your data seriously, all our data is stored on our local server and is backed up securely

Jupiter Facilities Management Ltd observes and complies with Data Subjects` rights by ensuring that you have access upon request to any data that we hold on you. You have other rights regarding your data that you may exercise where Jupiter Facilities Management Ltd have no legal basis to reject you request, these rights are;

  • You may object or restrict our handling of your data and restrict direct marketing.
  • You may have access to your data and have it delivered to you in a portable, readable and useable format.
  • You may have your data corrected or updated at any time if you believe the data, we hold is incorrect.
  • You may have your data erased for our system when we have no legal reason for retaining it.
